    Clients can expect easy connection to a support professional. Clients won't need to install large software suites or configure complex network connections. A small plugin is used to facilitate the connection with a GeekITDown support professional, that's all there is to it!

The Remote Online Support Process

  • Clients request connection to an available technician.
    Clients purchase the service of their choice via secure Google Checkout.
    Once the payment has been confirmed, verified and received clients receive a unique session ID and secure connection link for initiating your Remote Online Support Service. The unique session ID and secure connection link are sent directly to the email address used during your Google Checkout process.
    Clients enter their unique session ID support key and are prompted for connection approval before an Online Remote Support session begins.
    After the connection is established, a GeekITDown technician will begin to perform the service purchased by the client.
    Clients have the option of detailing their computer issue(s) directly through use of the online chat function, available when the Online Remote Support session is established.
    Clients are not required to participate in the Online Remote Support and will only need to be available during the initial Remote Online Support connection in order to enter the unique session ID.
