Hotmail<\/h3>\n<p>Microsoft continues to support Hotmail in the face of nearly unrivaled competition from Gmail and we&#8217;re glad they do.\u00a0 Alternatives are always a good thing and Hotmail is a mainstay among many.\u00a0 The Hotmail app is more than sufficient and does exactly what you&#8217;d expect an email app to do.\u00a0 There aren&#8217;t a lot of surprises to speak of, but we were pleased to see support for multiple accounts.<\/p>\n<p>The Hotmail app does have one nagging flaw.\u00a0 Old mail seems to be irretrievable through the app.\u00a0 That&#8217;s not to say the mail is lost, it just doesn&#8217;t appear in the app.\u00a0 Aside from that we don&#8217;t really have any complaints.\u00a0 The official Microsoft Hotmail is a free app for Android.<\/p>\n<p><em>Price<\/em>: <strong>FREE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Stability Rank<\/em>: <strong>5<\/strong><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-1995\" title=\"App Roundup Hotmail 1\" alt=\"App Roundup Hotmail 1\" src=\"http:\/\/geekitdown.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/app-roundup-hotmail-1.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"445\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1996\" title=\"App Roundup Hotmail 2\" alt=\"App Roundup Hotmail 2\" src=\"http:\/\/geekitdown.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/app-roundup-hotmail-2.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"445\" \/><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2021\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2021\" style=\"width: 150px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-2021\" title=\"QRCode Hotmail Android\" alt=\"QRCode Hotmail Android\" src=\"http:\/\/geekitdown.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/qrcode-hotmail-android-150x150.png\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2021\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Download for Android<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>Final Thoughts<\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Keep in mind although we test the apps, some react differently given the wide range of phones.
