Apple Announces iCloud

Home / Blog / Tech / Apple / Apple Announces iCloud

iCloud

Apple announced iCloud at E3 2011, an online storage option for all your data. iCloud replaces MobileMe and will be free with iOS5.

iCloud rolls out with 5GB of free storage (music, books, apps and Photo Stream don’t count against the free storage). Syncing is completely automatic, no manual syncing required.

Could be up to 10 devices tied to one iCloud account, meaning multiple computers, iPhones, iPads, etc. can all connect to iCloud and keep all your information at your fingertips.

Additional Details

You can read Apple’s information on iCloud at http://www.apple.com/icloud/.
