Alchemy is a very basic part of the Skyrim experience and if you’ve chosen the path of the Thief, then you’ll definitely want to know the ins and outs of mixing. We’ve compiled a list of great resources to learn about Alchemy, potion mixing, recipes and ingredients.
The Elder Scrolls Wiki
This site has an extensive list of recipes available. Contributors continue to update the list and each potion has the ingredients listed for easy reading. As it’s a wiki, not all entries are as complete as others, but the list of recipes is long, all be it by their own acknowledgement, incomplete.
The wiki site also provides other data like like Alchemy perks and locations of trainers and books. Definitely worth a once over if Alchemy is a big part of your Skyrim adventure.

UESP.net/wiki
If you want a more direct listing of ingredients, then the Skyrim: Ingredients wiki is what you want. The wiki page has an easy to read, long list of ingredients. The ingredients are listed in alphabetical order and contain all four effects along with cost and weight. There are a number of pages to look over via uesp.net regarding Skyrim’s Alchemy, we’re listing both the ingredients page and the recipe page.

GameDynamo
Another long list of potions and poisons with ingredients. The list at GameDynamo has the ingredients listed with each potion/poison like the others mentioned, but the listing is slightly harder to read because of the setup. Nonetheless it is a quality list and is worth looking over to see if you’re missing anything. GameDynamo also provides the Alchemy perks which are achievable in the game.

GiantBomb
This site is particularly good because it cuts through the fluff and the information is separated in an easy to read way. Much of the same regarding content, but the presentation is clean. GiantBomb lists the potions/poisons in alphabetical order and provides additional data on books and perks.
