Tom is a life saver, I used to be good with computers but have not kept up with the changes. After spending hours trying to configure my email address on a different computer, Tom came to the rescue on time & the time he was scheduled. He was professional, knowledgeable & personable. The important thing, he knew what he was doing. He solved my problem and another one in the same visit. I wish I had called him sooner. If you have a problem don’t wait & waste hours your self trying to solve it. Call him! Tom is the kind of person you’d like to have as your friend.

Tom is one of the most knowledgeable computer experts I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He has “saved” my computer on at least two occasions and most recently helped a friend of mine get his computer back up and on line again.
