Diigo makes using their service very convenient by supplying toolbars, bookmarklets, extensions and apps so that every device on multiple platforms have Diigo access. Save a webpage on your PC, highlight its relevant content and access it from your iPad when you’re out and about. Social interaction plays a part in Diigo as well. Diigo has a built-in social platform designed to have followers for sharing favorites, exchanging notes, etc. Diigo also offers the option to bookmark your Twitter favorites which is something other services can’t do.

There are an abundance of features associated with Diigo that go beyond what’s been covered here. Features such as screenshot taking, annotation of screenshots, auto-post bookmarks to blogs and cross posting to Delicious. Premium features like full text searching and unlimited cached pages make Diigo much more than a simple bookmarking service. Diigo is a free service with some limitations to cached pages and highlighting per year. Their premium packages add unlimited options as well as priority support and ads free features.
