Picfull is a free online photo editing service. The process is dead simple, just upload a photo, apply a filter, save and/or share it. The entire process takes less than a minute to complete, if you use the standard settings for a filter, and does exactly what it claims. There are 18 different filters and each have their own set of customization options. Many popular filters are available, including sepia, color balance and posterizer along with sketch-type effects such as pencil strokes and pen outline.

Once you’re finished editing, you simply tell Picfull to apply the effects and save your new image. The new photo or image is then available for download and sharing. Picfull offers sharing options through email, Facebook and Twitter. Picfull is a nice option for users looking to add effects to photos without the use of bulky software. The interface is smooth and simple and the results are well worth any time spent customizing the effects.
