Diablo fans could get a free copy of the latest edition to the series with a little investment in World of Warcraft (WoW).
WoW is offering a free copy copy of Diablo III to new users who sign-up for a subscription to their wildly popular online game. New subscribers will need to purchase the annual pass in order to qualify for the free standard edition of Diablo III.
The WoW annual pass is $14.99 a month for a total of $179.88 for the year. Whether the deal pays off for Blizzard remains to be seen, but that’s a hefty price to pay for what will likely be a $59.99 price tag for Diablo.
Those who partake in the WoW- deal will also receive Tyrael’s Charger WoW Flying Mount and Access to the Next WoW Expansion Beta Test.
