Unlike email where a client is necessary or the need to login is required, JustBeamIt is a service that accepts a file as an upload and produces a link which points directly to the file for sharing. Users are able to share the link however they wish and recipients are then able to simply follow the link in order to obtain the file in question.

What makes JustBeamIt different from other sharing services of this nature is that JustBeamIt relies on instantaneous sharing. When users share a file, they’ll need to keep their own browser window open until their recipient obtains the file. While the process may seem counter-intuitive, it means user files are never stored on JustBeamIt’s servers which adds a mild layer of security.

The process is easy, just drag a file into the JustBeamIt file area of the browser window and the file is uploaded immediately.
