The Elder Scrolls Online was announced this week at E3 2012. The Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game (MMORPG) is being developed by Zenimax Online Studios.

The story takes place 1000 years before Skyrim’s storyline. Consider this the uber-successful game that continues to role on. The Elder Scrolls Online hopes to benefit from the console and pc game’s success by bringing the adventure online 24/7.

There will be a Beta, but no dates have been announced. No official release date has been revealed other than sometime in 2013. Here’s an official release video on The Elder Scrolls Online:
